Back To School : Getting to Know You Me Box
Back To School FREE Fun Activity, Tried and True! I have used the ‘Me’ Box activity for many years as a way to introduce my students to each other (and to me!). I assign it as homework on the first day and give students 2-3 nights to complete it. Alternatively, students could do the project in school and bring in items from home to place in their boxes. Sharing the boxes on the last day of the first week of school is a fun way to conclude this exciting week.
I have also included an optional writing activity extension.
